§ 2.56.07. Replacement.

Commissioners, committee, board, or authority members who miss three or more meetings during any one calendar year, except for excused illness, or extraordinary circumstances shall be replaced. The city council may consider this to be a for-cause removal. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be affirmed by the city council.
