§ 2.56.04. Re-nomination and re-appointment.

All members of commissions, committees, boards, or authorities existing upon the date of adoption of this ordinance are eligible for re-nomination and re-appointment. Their appointment shall be made according to the city ordinance that created that commission, committee, board, or other authority. They shall be subject to the mayor's appointment and nomination. Each nominee shall be individually presented to the city council for confirmation at the next regularly scheduled council meeting for a public vote. Such presentation shall be subject to the restrictions set forth in 2.56.04.
