§ 2.44.15. Automation fund.

The amount of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00) currently held by the city in the district court automation fund is hereby authorized and appropriated to be spent on district court-related technology, specifically electronic traffic ticketing software and hardware. The mayor of the city and/or her designee is authorized to enter into a contract with an approved vendor to provide e-ticket equipment and services to the city police department, in an amount not to exceed thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00).
