§ 2.44.01. District court established.

A district court for the city is hereby created and established to be known as the District Court of Bryant. The duties, powers, and jurisdiction of the court shall be such as are fixed by the laws of the state. The district court of the city shall be presided over by a district judge, whose duties and qualifications shall be such as are fixed by the laws of the state.
