At all meetings of the council the following shall be the order of business unless the council by a majority vote shall order otherwise.

Pledge of allegiance;

Approval of minutes of the previous meeting(s);

Approval of financial report;

Announcements;

Reports of boards and standing committees;

H.

Reports of special committees;

Unfinished business;

New business;

K.

Items of introduction;

L.

Public comments;

M.

Adjournment.
