§ 2.20.02. Council meetings—Special.

Special meetings of the city council, may be held upon the call of the mayor, whenever in his opinion it shall be necessary, or by three members of the council by giving at least two days' notice of such special meeting, by giving notice in writing which notice shall be served personally or through the mails to all members of the council, which notice shall state the time of the meeting and purpose thereof.
