§ 15.08.04. Wolf Creek water improvement district—Established.

There is hereby established a municipal improvement district to be known as the "Wolf Creek Water Improvement District No. 3 of the city of Bryant, Arkansas" (the "District") for the purpose of constructing and installing a water distribution system to serve the district, with the necessary water mains, pipes, gates, pumps, valves and hydrants, as an extension of and to be connected to and become a part of the city municipal water system.
