§ 15.04.03. Amendments.

A.

The house numbering system will be deleted from the subdivision regulations in Ord. 89-10, 89-16 and 90-5.

B.

Ord. No. 2001-13 is hereby repealed.

Paragraph 7 of Section 15.24.03 of the city subdivision regulations as set forth in Ord. No. 89-10, as previously amended by Ord. No. 2001-13, is hereby amended so that Section 15.24.03, Paragraph 7 after amendment shall read as follows:
Minimum yard requirements:
A.

Front (must be designated on subdivision plat) twenty-five (25) feet;

B.

Side eight feet;

C.

Side (exterior on corner lot) fifteen (15) feet;

D.

Rear twenty-five (25) feet.
