The city hereby approves and adopts be reference subdivision regulations and subsequent amendments, after public hearing duly held thereon, following notice of such hearing as required by law, said regulations consisting of the text and other materials, of which regulations not less than three (3) copies have been and are now filed in the office of the recorder/treasurer and from the date on which the regulations shall take effect the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of said city.
