The terms of the financing arrangement are as follows:
A note with Regions Bank for one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) at 3.965 percent interest for a period of sixty (60) months, payable yearly in four installments of principal and one amortized installment of principal and interest over the term of the note.
