§ 12.24.05. Right of inspection.

The administrative authority shall have the right to inspect all sites within the city involving tree preservation on public grounds, landmark and rare trees, trees that constitute a hazard or a threat, and trees involving variance requests, or as otherwise required under the city Code of Ordinances.
