Any person who vandalizes, litters, removes any park property, defaces any park property, destroys any park property, interferes with the natural progression of the designated natural area or removes any of the habitat or flora or fauna therefrom, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to t fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or incarceration of up to one-year in the county jail.
