§ 12.08.11. Natural state.

It is the intent of the ordinance from which this section is derived to keep Mills Park in its present natural state of trees, trails and plants with protection of the natural fauna. Live trees shall not be cut or removed unless it is done so to clean up natural destruction or to protect or prevent a potentially dangerous situation.
