§ 12.08.05. Purchases between two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

All purchases by the mayor or his duly authorized representative between two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) shall be made under bid, but such bids do not have to be advertised.
