§ 12.04.18. Funds.

All funds derived from the use of the parks and recreational facilities shall be segregated into the parks miscellaneous/donation fund and will be used exclusively in the operation, maintenance, and promotion of he city's parks and recreational facilities. These funds may also be expended by the city council, as it deems necessary, for the purpose of obtaining attractions or to provide services to the parks recreational program.
