§ 12.04.08. Reappointment.

No less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the end of a parks committee member's designated term, the mayor shall either announce his decision to reappoint the current parks committee member or declare an upcoming vacancy. If a vacancy is declared by the mayor, resumes may then be submitted during the following thirty (30) day period.
