§ 12.04.02. Representation.

Parks committee members shall reside and live in the ward to which they are appointed. Notwithstanding this provision, the city council may approve to appoint up to two members of the parks committee from electors living outside the corporate limits of the city, but within the recorded planning jurisdiction of the city. No ward shall be represented by more than two committee members. Committee members who live outside the city limits but within the planning jurisdiction of the city will be counted against the ward to which the committee member resides closest or contiguous to.
