§ 11.40.02. Monitoring.

The secretary of the planning commission will be responsible for monitoring deadlines for subdivisions and site plan and construction plan approvals and will notify the chairman of the planning commission thirty (30) days in advance of the deadline if appropriate action has not been taken.
