§ 11.36.01. Submitted to city planning commission.

Before any plans for the installation, construction, and placement of water and sewer lines, and fire pumps, power plants, wells, concrete structures, and placement of all public use facilities are approved by the city council such plans must be submitted to the city planning commission by a registered engineer of the state; and such registered engineer must be employed to design such plan, such equipment lines, or structures for the installation, construction, or placement of water and sewer lines or fire pumps, power plants, wells, concrete structure and placement in any publicly placed facilities.
