§ 11.08.07. Penalties.

Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), together with the costs of such prosecution. Each day during which violation continues shall be separate offense.
