§ 10.36.06. Access to covered account information.

A.

Access to customer accounts shall be password-protected and shall be limited to authorized city personnel.

B.

Access to customer accounts shall require verification of personal identifying information.

C.

Any unauthorized access to or other breach of customer accounts is to be reported immediately to the finance director.

D.

Personal identifying information included in customer accounts is considered confidential and any request or demand for such information shall be immediately forwarded to the city attorney or the city's staff attorney. however, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as a refusal or intent to refuse to comply with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.
