§ 10.36.05. Process of establishing a covered account.
A.
As a precondition to opening a covered account in the city, each applicant shall provide the city with one of the following photo-bearing forms of identification to establish personal identity: a current driver's license, a government-issued identification card, a U.S. military card, or U.S. military dependent ID card.
B.
Each account shall be assigned an account number and upon the customer's request, personal identification number (PIN) which shall be unique to that account.
