§ 10.32.14. Certificate of compliance.

  • The applicant must apply for a certificate of compliance for each phase of the proposed development. The application must be submitted with the required fair share payment and/or evidence of completion and the city's acceptance of the authorized improvement as provided in the fair share agreement. Within five business days of application submittal, the coordinator shall determine if the project has complied with the terms of the fair share agreement. If the project is deemed to be in compliance, a certificate of compliance shall be issued. If the project is determined to not be in compliance, the applicant shall be notified, in writing, of the deficiencies. A certificate of compliance will include, as a minimum, the following:

    A.

    Fair share agreement number;

    B.

    Name of the proposed development;

    C.

    Description of the proposed development including the uses, density, and intensity, for which a final development order or final development permit may be granted;

    D.

    Date and amount of fair share payment; and,

    E.

    Date of completion, date of city's acceptance, and description of the authorized improvement(s), if applicable.
