§ 10.24.01. Purchase of meters.

Pursuant to a settlement agreement between the city and the Salem Water Users Association, Inc., the city has been purchasing customers formerly served by Salem. Salem has agreed to allow the city to purchase their existing meters at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) for old meters and thirty dollars ($30.00) for new meters.
