§ 10.20.10. Change of address.

Water and wastewater committee members who move or change their permanent residence/address within the city from one ward to another ward shall be replaced within sixty (60) days. Committee members may, however, continue to serve on the committee for sixty (60) days from the time they move, in order to allow for an orderly and timely selection and appointment process.
