§ 10.20.08. End of term.

No less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the end of a water and wastewater committee member's designated term, the mayor shall either announce his decision to reappoint the current committee member or declare an upcoming vacancy. If a vacancy is declared by the mayor, resumes may then be submitted during the following thirty (30) day period.
