The city council hereby establishes a restructured water and wastewater committee for the city. The water and wastewater committee will consist of eight members, each serving a four-year term. Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4 will each be represented b two committee members. The two committee member positions in each ward shall be identified as committee member position 1 and 2.
