§ 10.08.19. Water services for Wood Forest subdivision.

A.

Tie-on fees for water services provided by the city to people in Wood Forest subdivision are hereby waived for persons wishing to connect to the city water for a period of thirty (30) days after water service becomes available in the area.

B.

Completion means the water is available for distribution and consumption through a completed line or any part of a completed line in the area.

C.

If arrangements are not made through the water department to connect to the water supply within the time period stated above, then the tie on fees as established by ordinance shall apply and shall be collected prior to connection of service.
