§ 10.08.04. Sewer connection fees and impact fees.

Connection fees and impact fees shall be charged on all new connections to the sewer facilities.

Sewer impact fees may only be used for capital improvements (see section 6 of Ord. No. 97-3), with the exception of one hundred dollars ($100.00) of each impact fee collected. This is to be deposited into an interest bearing account to be used as a debt retirement fund for 1998 bonds. The bonds shall be subject to redemption, from funds from any sources at the option of the city, on and after June 1, 2003, in whole at any time or in part on any interest payment date.
